It can be really hard to say that tiny little word sometimes, can’t it?

But here’s the thing.

Why should you sacrifice your business to enhance someone else’s profitability?

You shouldn’t.

So learning to say No is good for business.

Ok, you can offer a pleasant and reasonable explanation - and if you need to make sure you rehearse these so it gets easier each time someone puts you under pressure.

Whoever it is…staff, customers, clients - they might not like it but give them a good understanding and stick to your decision.
